Before You Begin

Make sure you have the following system requirements before you begin installation:

1. Intel or equivalent Pentium MMX or Pentium II at 133 MHz or faster
2. Windows 95/98/NT/2000/ME/XP
3. 32MB of RAM
4. Hard drive with 30MB available
5. Super VGA monitor (800x600 pixels) at 64K colors or more
6. Windows-compatible mouse
7. Internet Explore Installed

Close any open applications

Common Installation Problems

• Problem: 'An access violation occurred while copying the file.'
  Solution:
  1. Select 'Ignore'
  2. And click 'Yes' for 'Do you want to ignore the error?'


• Problem: 'An error occurred while registering the file.'
  Solution: Select 'Ignore'



• If your system already has a newer version of the file, DO NOT replace the file on your system.
